4711 edc is a unisex "Eau de Cologne" by the German company Mäurer & Wirtz with citrus notes. With more than two centuries of existence, this fragrance keeps its formulation a secret, a fresh and vital essence that instantly gives us well-being and energy, and fills our days with luminosity.
This fragrance was created in the year 1792 by Wilhelm Muelhens. Its story began when a Carthusian monk gave Muelhens a few drops of "miracle water" and from them he created this eau de cologne, with medicinal properties. This is a fragrance that has a positive effect on our mood, thanks to its wonderful, carefully selected ingredients and essential oils.
As we have already said, its original formula is a total secret, but among them we can distinguish notes of orange, peach, basil, bergamot and lemon oil, citrus and refreshing notes, which remain alive throughout its journey. Subsequently, very subtle and light floral and fruit reflections appear, such as cyclamen, melon and Bulgarian rose; finally, its essence adopts a woody tone, with notes such as oak moss and cedar.
4711. This Eau de Cologne was created at number 4711 at rue des Carillons in Cologne, which is why we can deduce the name of the fragrance.
AROMATHERAPY. The aromas of this fragrance are used in aromatherapy for their revitalizing properties, strengthening the nervous system, relaxing and calming.
TRADITIONAL BOTTLE. This fragrance has kept its original bottle for over 220 years, without any changes. A traditional bottle, which does not contain a vaporizer, with which we must apply the perfume through our hands.
