Apply before sun exposure and reapply frequently to maintain protection, especially after swimming or drying and sweating.
Apply a generous dose of the product to the face and neck (for adults).
Reducing this value means decreasing the protection level.
Do not spend too much time in the sun, even with sun protection. Excessive exposure to the sun is dangerous.
Remember: do not expose babies and young children to the sun.
Avoid exposure between 11 am and 4 pm.
Protect the different parts of the body (use a hat, glasses and t-shirt).
