SHIPPING FAQS

     • How much do I have to pay for shipping costs?

     - Mainland Portugal
    Free shipping for purchases equal to or over 50€. For purchases under this amount, a flat shipping rate of 3.95€ is charged.

     - ISLANDS:
    Madeira and Azores

    From 7.75€.

    - Spain
    Shipping from 4.50€.

    - Other destinations calculated at checkout

    Shipping from 7.50€.

     For the Azores, Madeira, and international orders, shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location. 

     

     

     • How long will it take for my order to arrive?


    Mainland Portugal:
    standard home or business deliveries dispatched within 2 to 4 business days after payment, provided that orders are paid or confirmed by 3:30 PM; after this time, they will be processed the following day. 

    • Average delivery times range between 3 and 8 business days after payment for Mainland Portugal. 
    • Only one delivery attempt will be made. If delivery is unsuccessful, CTT will forward the order to the nearest post office in your area of residence. 


    ISLANDS

    Madeira and Azores: Standard home deliveries within 6 to 10 business days after payment, provided orders are paid or confirmed by 3:30 PM. Only one delivery attempt will be made; if delivery is unsuccessful (e.g., due to the recipient's absence), CTT will leave a notice to collect the order at the nearest post office in your area of residence.

    Spain (excluding islands): 
    Standard home or business deliveries within 48/72 business hours, provided orders are paid or confirmed by 5:30 PM. Only one delivery attempt will be made; if delivery is unsuccessful (e.g., due to the recipient's absence), CTT will leave a notice to collect the order at the nearest post office in your area of residence. 

     

    Other European destinations:

    Standard home or business deliveries within 2 to 10 business days, provided orders are paid or confirmed by 3:30 PM. Only one delivery attempt will be made; if delivery is unsuccessful (e.g., due to the recipient's absence), CTT will leave a notice to collect the order at the nearest post office in your area of residence. 

     

    NOTE
    DrShampoo is not responsible for any delays caused by CTT or any other contracted transport service. However, if the aforementioned days are exceeded, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier you selected and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

     

    • Where can I receive my order?

    • You can receive your order at the address of your choice (home, work, etc. - never a P.O. Box).

     

     • Can the delivery country be different from the purchase country?

    • The delivery country can be different upon direct prior contact via email or phone. You must fill out the customer form with the desired delivery address.

     

     • Can I track the status of my order?

    • Yes, through "my account" under placed orders, you can view the status of your order. If you are not registered, click on the "Order information" link in the confirmation email to track it. 
    • When your purchase is dispatched, an automated shipping alert email is generated; you can find the tracking information in that email.

    Responsibility for provided information:

    1. Data Responsibility: The accuracy of the data provided by the customer is of utmost importance to ensure the proper dispatch and delivery of items. We ask our customers to carefully review the details provided when filling out shipping information.

    2. Data Verification: We strongly recommend double-checking the address information before completing your purchase. This process is critical to ensure your items are sent to the correct location.

    3. Loss of Items Due to Incorrect Information: In cases where items are lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, the responsibility will lie entirely with the customer. This responsibility includes, but is not limited to, wrong delivery address, wrong postal code, incorrect recipient name, or wrong phone number.

    4. Notification: If you realize the provided information is incorrect after the order has been processed, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist; however, we cannot guarantee the recovery or reshipment of items if the order has already been dispatched.

    5. Reshipment: If a package is returned due to incorrect information provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional costs to reship the package.

    We do not offer refunds for losses caused by errors in the information provided.
