1. Products and Brands

1.1. What types of products do you sell?

DrShampoo offers a wide range of products from the best international beauty brands, including hair care, perfumes, and cosmetics for skin and hair, as well as a complete line for men.

1.2. Are the brands sold original?

Yes, all products sold at DrShampoo are 100% original and authentic. We work directly with authorized suppliers to ensure the quality and authenticity of all items in our catalog.

1.3. Do you offer free samples?

Occasionally, we offer free samples in special promotions or with purchases over a certain amount. Stay tuned to our offers and newsletters so you don't miss these opportunities.

2. Orders and Shipping

2.1. What is the delivery time for orders?

The delivery time may vary depending on your location and the chosen shipping method. Generally, deliveries are made within up to 5 business days after payment confirmation.

2.2 Shipments and carriers?

Shipments to Mainland Portugal and Spain are usually made through CTT Expresso or DPD, but may vary for other destinations.


2.3 Do you make international deliveries?

Yes, we do! Currently, DrShampoo mainly serves the Portuguese market, also shipping to European destinations within the European Community. We are considering the possibility of expanding deliveries to other countries outside the European Community in the future.

3. Payments

3.1 Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept various payment methods, including Multibanco, MB Way, credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. All options are available at checkout. 6 to 10 business days

3.2 Is it safe to shop on the DrShampoo website?

Yes, the safety of our customers is a priority. We use advanced encryption technologies to protect all transactions made on our website.




3.3 Do you offer cash on delivery?

No! We are sorry, but we currently do not offer cash on delivery.



4. Returns and Exchanges

4.1 What is DrShampoo's return policy?

We accept returns of unused products within 14 days after delivery. The product must be completely original and unopened in its original packaging. You must request the return by email at drshampoo.store@gmail.com. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.

4.2 How do I exchange a product?

To request an exchange, contact our customer service within 14 days after receiving the product. They will guide you through the exchange process. You must request it by email at drshampoo.store@gmail.com.








4.3 How much time do I have to return an item?

You have 14 days from the date of receiving the product to request a return or exchange.





5. Customer Account

5.1 How do I create an account on DrShampoo?

You can create an account by clicking on the user icon in the top right corner of our website and following the registration instructions.



5.2 Can I shop without creating an account?

Yes, we offer the option to purchase as a guest. However, creating an account makes it easier to track orders and access exclusive promotions.










5.3 How do I recover my password?

On the login page, click "Forgot your password?" and follow the instructions to reset your password.







6. Discounts, Promotions, and Resale

6.1 Do you offer discounts for bulk purchases?

Occasionally, we offer discounts for bulk purchases. Please contact our customer service for more information about corporate or large volume orders.




6.2 How do I stay informed about promotions?

The best way to stay updated on our promotions is to subscribe to our newsletter, which we send biweekly, and follow us on social media. We also recommend regularly visiting our homepage, where we highlight the latest offers.












6.3 Can I use more than one discount coupon per purchase?

Generally, we allow the use of only one discount coupon per purchase. Some exceptions may apply during special promotions.









6.4 Do they sell for resale?

No! We currently do not have an active reseller program.
