Coloque o bebê deitado sobre uma superfície plana e limpe a área da fralda.
Deslize a calcinha-fralda por baixo do bebê como faria com uma calcinha normal.
Ajuste a fralda-calcinha para garantir que estejam posicionadas corretamente e se ajustem confortavelmente ao corpo do bebê.
Quando a fralda estiver cheia ou o indicador de umidade mudar de cor (se houver), remova a fralda-calcinha da mesma forma que removeria uma calcinha normal e descarte-a adequadamente.
