Use
Using the desired color or shade closest to your natural lip, line the lips starting in the center of the lower lip and working outwards, tracing the shape of the lip. On the upper lip, start in the center of the Cupid's bow, working towards the outer corners. To create a smooth, long-lasting base for your lip color, fill in your lips with a lip liner as the first step.
