Apply a generous amount before sun exposure (a generous dose all over the face)*. Reapply frequently to ensure skin protection, especially after swimming, towel drying or sweating. Do not spend too much time in the sun, even if you use a sun protection product. Excessive exposure to the sun is dangerous. Avoid exposure to the sun between 11 am and 4 pm. Keep babies and young children out of direct sunlight. Wear protective clothing (e.g. hat, sunglasses, T-shirt). Reducing the amount applied decreases the level of protection.
