Vitamin B12 (Methylcobalamin). Anti-caking Agents: Silicon Dioxide, Vegetable Stearic Acid, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate; Cargo Agent: Mannitol; Flavor: Natural Cereza; Cellulose Gum.
For adults, take one (1) chewable tablet daily, preferably with a meal. The tablet can be placed between the cheek and gum, under the tongue or chewed. The expressly recommended daily dose for this product must not be exceeded.
