Here are some tips and tricks to make eyeliner application simple, precise and symmetrical: - On the clean and toned skin of the upper eyelid, apply an eye foundation, and failing that, translucent powder, this way we will eliminate excess fat from the region . - Tilt your head back slightly and keep your eyes open during application, so you can see the result in the mirror. - Starts on the upper eyelid.
