Modo de Utilização

- Colocar o penso sobre a zona da dor com o lado mais escuro das células de aquecimento virado para a pele, garantindo que a abertura circular fica sobre a rótula.
- Ajustar a tensão das extremidades laterais individualmente de modo a que o fecho se fixe na zona de fixação.
- Retirar a faixa após 8 horas.
