VICENTE GANDÍA BOBAL NEGRO red wine 2019 by Vicente Gandía . Premium varietal red wine DO Utiel - Requena. With 13.5% vol. and ideal for serving between 16 and 18ºC. This wine was made with a selection of Bobal grapes grown in vineyards in the upper part of Utiel Requena. With yields of less than 1 kg per vine, it was harvested in mid-October. A pre-fermentation maceration was carried out at 3ºC for 4 days and fermented at 26ºC, remaining with its pastes for another 10 days. 50% of the wine fermented malolactic in French oak barrels toasted for 12 months.
An intense wine with violet rim and dense tears. It has a broom aroma, red fruit and English caramel with hints of smoke. In the mouth it is resounding and leaves oak sensations.
The minimum age for consumption and purchase of alcoholic beverages is 18 years old. It is recommended to drink responsibly and moderately, as excessive consumption can be harmful to health and society.
