Use
Apply eyeliner to your upper eyelid, drawing a precise line along your lash line. Use small dots to create a faint line and fill in the gaps to soften it. For a more dramatic look, line the outer corner of your lashes. Finish your makeup by applying mascara.
Recommendations
Before applying eyeliner, make sure your skin is clean and toned. Apply an eye base or translucent powder to eliminate excess fat in the area. If you are going to use eyeshadow, apply it before eyeliner. Avoid applying eyeliner in a single stroke, draw small dots along the lash line and join them in a thin line. Apply the eyeliner according to the desired style, whether more pronounced or discreet.
