Tomar 1 ampola de Forté Jelly Royal Defenses+ de manhã, puro ou diluído num copo de água ou sumo de fruta (200 ml). Devido à concentração, a extração do líquido pode ser mais ou menos fácil. Agite antes de usar. Para evitar uma possível eventual queda de resíduos da ampola no líquido, não quebre a ampola em cima do vidro.
