How to use
Apply a small amount, massaging gently upwards, onto clean skin. For tired legs, gently massage from ankles to thighs. Then support your legs and leave them slightly elevated. Avoid wearing tight clothing. Before and after physical exercise: In the previous warm-up, perform vigorous massage movements to tone the muscles. To stretch after physical exercise, perform gentle, deep movements. Tones and relaxes.
