Before sun exposure, apply generously (for example, an average of 6 sprays on the forearm)*. Reapply frequently, especially after swimming, towel drying or sweating. Do not spend too much time in the sun, even if you use a sun protection product. Excessive exposure to the sun is dangerous. Avoid exposure to the sun between 11 am and 4 pm. Keep babies and young children out of direct sunlight.
