Refectocil OXIDANT 3% liquid .
An intensive 10 volume developer specially designed to be used in conjunction with Refectocil eyebrow and eyelash tint. Its liquid presentation formula was specially created to allow its application in the eye area without causing discomfort.
The dispenser has a narrow opening that allows you to dispense the exact amount you need; ensuring you'll get a clean finish along with beautiful, bright tones.
ingredients
Aqua, Hydrogen Peroxide, Ytriethanolamine, Phosphoric Acid, C12-13 Pareth-9
Mix 10 drops of liquid oxidizer with 2 cm of dye.
Avoid direct contact with eyes. In case of contact, wash them immediately.
Use suitable gloves to apply the product.
Yields approximately 100 applications.
