How to use
To use, if necessary, cut the insole to adapt it to the shape of the shoe. Cut along the contour that matches your foot size or use the template as a guide. Remove the existing insoles and replace them with the Scholl GelActiv insoles with the gel side facing down, taking into account the marking indicating left (L) or right (R). Make sure the inside of your shoes is clean and dry before putting in the cushions.
