Original Sensai massage method: It is recommended to use it in the morning and in the evening. Spread an approximate amount (2-3 pumps) over the entire face and neck using the original massage method.

Massage your jaw upward and apply pressure to your neck under your earlobe. Then massage down to the collarbone and apply pressure to the hollow just above the collarbone. Repeat on the other side.

Place both thumbs under the chin and, with light pressure, repeatedly massage from side to side.

Gently pinch both sides of the jaw with your fingers in 3 steps as shown in the illustration.

Place your middle fingers on either side of your mouth and gently massage in a circular motion.

With four fingers, gently massage area 1 in a circular motion, applying light pressure. Repeat in zones 2 and 3.
