How to apply:
Mix your chosen shade of paint with the activator emulsion (not included in the package). For best results, use Welloxon Perfect Activating Emulsion.
What type of activating emulsion should you use:

to lighten hair 3 tones → oxidant 9 %, 30 vol.
to lighten hair 1 tone or darken/maintain the original tone and cover gray hair → oxidizing agent 6 %, 20 vol.
